General Terms and Conditions

BeeDmc - Terms and Conditions for Online Excursions and Transfer Sales

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using any excursion or transfer services offered through the BeeDmc website (www.beedmc.com) or our official booking partners, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our goal is to ensure your experience in the Dominican Republic is as smooth and "honeyful" as possible. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings for excursions and transfers can be made online through our website. You are required to provide accurate and complete information (legal names, hotel details, and contact info) during the booking process.
2.2. Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or the specified deposit) and our issuance of a confirmation email/voucher. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details in the confirmation are correct. Please notify us immediately at services@beedmc.com if there are any discrepancies.
2.3. Passenger Information: You are responsible for providing a valid phone number (preferably with WhatsApp) and email address to ensure we can reach you for pickup.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and secure online payment gateways.
3.2. Total Price: The total price, including all applicable taxes and local fees, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
3.3. Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required at the time of booking. For group bookings or private charters where a deposit is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your invoice.
3.4. Currency: All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise indicated.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To keep our operations "sweet" for everyone, the following policies apply:

4.1. Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service: 100% Refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service: No Refund.
- No-shows: No refunds will be provided if you are not at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
4.2. Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, you must notify us in writing via email. The cancellation is effective from the time we receive your written request.
4.3. Refunds: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
4.4. Cancellations by BeeDmc: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (inclement weather, safety concerns, or government mandates), we will offer you:

An alternative date for the service.
An alternative excursion of equal value.
A full 100% refund.

5. Changes and Amendments

5.1. Changes by Customer: Requests for date changes or passenger count updates are subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate you, changes made within 24 hours of the tour may incur additional fees.
5.2. Amendments by BeeDmc: We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to local traffic, weather, or operational requirements. If a significant change is made that you do not accept, you may be entitled to a refund as per Section 4.4.

6. Participation and Safety

6.1. Requirements: Certain activities have age, weight, or health restrictions (e.g., pregnancy, heart conditions). It is your responsibility to review these on the product page before booking.
6.2. Safety Instructions: You must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
6.3. Right to Refuse: BeeDmc reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who is deemed under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Dominican Republic, BeeDmc’s total liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
7.2. Events Beyond Control: BeeDmc is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, or unexpected road closures.
7.3. Third-Party Operators: For certain specialized excursions, BeeDmc acts as a booking agent for trusted local partners. In these cases, the provider’s specific safety and operational terms also apply.
7.4. Personal Property: You are responsible for your personal belongings. We strongly recommend not bringing expensive jewelry or unnecessary valuables on excursions.

8. Insurance

Unless explicitly stated, travel insurance is not included in the price. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses and trip cancellations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.beedmc.com, including the "BeeDmc" name, logos, and "honeyful" branding, is the property of BeeDmc and protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Higuey, La Altagracia, Dominican Republic.
